Fun With Peanuts, Paint, and a Tent

Grandma Jones sent the boys an Easter package. They always love the packages that she sends. They love the presents inside and they also the packing peanuts. Oh how they love the peanuts. Look at the joy on Jackson's face.
Please excuse the fact that Jackson is in his underwear and Hayden is in a diaper. They are really really happy when I let them run around that way, as you can see.

Ty has had spring break for the last couple of days and so what did we do to celebrate? We painted. Fun huh? I know I know, you're all jealous. Well here's some pictures of the color, or should I say colors. It is a different color each time I look at it. It's different in the kitchen than in the living room, and it's different depending on the light. It was also a little different than what I thought I was picking out, but i like it. So much better than white. And what do I love almost as much? The fact that my husband has finally relented to get new couches, because apparently our dirty oversized sectional doesn't look as appealing anymore. I'll show pictures when it's actually decorated. Oh, and Jackson's room is a cool blue, but I haven't downloaded those yet.
And finally, I realized that I have never posted about the tent. Jackson has a Lightning Mcqueen tent and it provides endless amounts of fun, and peace for me, especially when Jackson puts his diego couch in it and watches his new favorite show, the Bee Movie.

My little baby has turned into a little boy. Excuse me while I go wipe away my tears. At least he's still adorable. More to come: Easter pictures.

Loooooove the paint! :) Congrats on that! I'm still trying to get Aaron to let me paint parts of my house. :)
I swear we have some of the same children! Diego and Cars...and Bee movie? Wow! Are you sure you don't have my child? :) Cute pictures of Jackson chilling in his tent on his couch! :)
And...the funnest...love the fun with packaging peanuts! :) (Although, I have to admit, my first initial reaction was..."Oh no! What a mess Shelly gets to clean up later on.) But, what can that hurt...when you see your two little boys having such a blast! Right?! :)

Shelly,
I love the paint! Don't you feel so much better when your house actually reflects your tastes? The only problem is now you will want new everything. That was my problem...still is, actually. Anyway, I really like it. Great job!
