Happy Birthday Jackson!

Happy Birthday Jackson! (It was on Sunday) He was so excited for his birthday. He was more excited for his birthday than for Christmas. On Saturday he was so excited for his birthday party. He would get mad when I told him it wasn't until the next day, but at least we took him to the Kangaroo Zoo and that got his mind off his party. Jackson had so much fun. I had about a million pictures of it, but I just tried to download them and for some reason instead of being copied into a folder they have all been deleted. I'm trying not to freak out right now, but they are gone, gone, gone forever. Luckily my dad took some pictures of his birthday, (my pictures of his birthday are also gone) so I'll have to get those. But I had some awesome pictures of Jackson and Hayden and Ty going down inflatable slides and things. Jackson basically ran and climbed for 2 straight hours. He got so sweaty. I wish I could have a workout like that for him every day. Anyway it's a really cute place and Jackson has asked me twice today if we can go back to the Kangaroo zoo.

He had fun on his birthday. He sang "Happy Birthday" to himself all day long. We went to Church and after his nap we had a little party for him at my mom's house. Jackson absolutely had to have party hats and "blow things" for his party. Oh, and he needed streamers. I put streamers up in our house and when they fell or Hayden pulled some down (they were hanging from the ceiling - very tacky, but lots of fun) he would say, "Oh no! Now it's not my party anymore." It was so funny. He didn't want me to take the rest of the streamers down today because he wanted it to still be his party. Thanks Grandma Jones for the car! It is a favorite with both children. Jackson also got a little wood train set that he has been playing with non stop. He breaks the track and says, "Oh no. It's out of control! There's a broken bridge" and then fixes the track at the last second and pushes the train through. He will do this over and over and over. I had a really funny video of it, but again, that is also gone.

Also Tyler became a pastry chef. He made Jackson a Lighting McQueen birthday cake. It was awesome, but my pictures of it have now been deleted and once again I am fighting to stay calm. Jackson loved it and all day long begged to have his birthday cake. He's so funny. Anyway, pictures will come soon. We love our little three year old

oh man! I remembered and remembered and then the two seconds I saw him at church I forgot to tell him happy birthday! Sorry. That's really sad about your pictures, I'm sorry. So, I want to hear more about the lightening mcqueen cake, tell Ty I'm impressed!

I totally want to see the pictures. (When you get a hold of them.) :) I, too, am impressed by Tlyer's abilities. :) That's awesome! I hope you can get some good pictures. (I am pretty sure I'd be freaking out right now!) :)

I guess I should clarify that ty became a cake decorator more than a pastry chef. (It was late when I was writing and I was tired after trying to fix my picture problem for two hours.) It was a normal cake and he drew Lightning McQueen with frosting. It was impressive to me because I wouldn't even attempt it and he just did it by hand. Anyway, Jackson loved it.

Yes Jada's birthday is on the 6th too! I hope you get the cake pictures as Jordan is obsessed with Lighting McQueen!
