The Plague of the Ear Infection is Upon Us

We've all had a nasty cold lately. It's going on three weeks for Ty, almost 3 weeks for the boys, and a week and a half for me. This nasty thing has caused the week of the ear infections at our house. First, last Thursday, Jackson complained about his ear and yep, he had an ear infection. And I being the bets mom ever, made him go to preschool because his Dr.'s appointment wasn't until after preschool was over. Then, on Sunday, the man who never goes to the Dr., asked me to take him to the E.R. This was a shock for me so I immediately called my mom and she came over while we headed to the E. R. He had double ear infections and a sinus infection. Poor guy, and then Monday, Hayden got his first ear infection since he had his tubes put in last March. Now he has an infection in both ears. And as I'm typing, Tyler has visited the Dr. AGAIN. His ears is still plugged and he's trying to convince them to lance it. Ya, he's begging the Dr. to stick a needle in it. Begging. I'm pretty sure he'll get on his knees and grovel if he has to. Because his eardrum probably still looks like this:

On a good note, Tyler got into the administrator pool for Alpine School district which is a miracle. They chose about 9 people out of 61. I hope he gets a job soon. Life would be fantastic.
