Scarecrow Festival

We went to the Scarecrow Festival at Thanksgiving Point on Monday. I decided to go as a last minute thing. It was the last day and I wanted to see what it was. I had heard of it, but I'd never been there. Jackson had a lot of fun. They had a lot of Halloween stuff like a Haunted House and Pumpkins everywhere (so of course Jackson was in heaven) and also a little train ride. They had a hay ride and all these games for kids. They also let you go throught he petting zoo as part of the festival. There were also a lot of inflatable slides and obstacle courses and Tyler and I got a workout trying to get Jackson up the slides and through the inflatable toys. Hayden got restless at the end, but he did have fun playing in the balls. It was fun and I'm sure we'll check it out again next year.

Was it worth it Shelly? We thought about going, but it looked like a lot of money...for not much to do. What do you think? Should we check it out next year?

Hey Tiffany,

There was plenty to do. It's really for older kids, but Jackson had a lot of fun and we all got in for 7 bucks, so it was not too shabby.
